Objective: the literature analysis of the collected cases , comparative study of the therapeutic effect of these two surgical methods , personalized use . : Inguinal hernia hospitalized cases collected from June 2006 to January 2008 , admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University . Fill out the form unified by collecting cases , they are divided into the hernia ring filling tension-free repair group and Prolene triple tension-free hernia repair surgery group , a retrospective analysis to analyze , record each group operation time , length of stay postoperative complications (including scrotal edema , wound infection, hematoma , urinary retention , incisional pain ) . Telephone follow-up record number of cases of relapse rate and intractable pain . There were no recurrence . Two sets of operative time , postoperative average length of stay , incidence of complications and recurrence rate was no significant difference ( p GT ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: hernia ring filling tension-free repair , Prolene triple tension-free hernia repair have surgery a short time , rapid postoperative recovery , fewer complications, the advantages of the low recurrence rate , individual hernia repair program to improve surgical results can be selected according to the patient's specific situation .
