Abstract


Objective : To observe the autogenous hamstring tendon anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery in two different clinical effects of rehabilitation programs for rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction programs choose to provide a theoretical basis . Methods: Unilateral autologous hamstring tendon anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery in 32 patients , including 20 cases of car accidents , sports injuries in 12 cases. Conservative rehabilitation programs were used in 16 cases, 16 cases of positive rehabilitation programs . After 6 months compared motion, patella bilateral thigh circumference at 10cm difference , Lysholm score , IKDC score, joint stability . Results: The two groups of patients after 6 months of relevant indicators comparison , knee activity were significantly different ; patella bilateral thigh circumference 10cm, the difference was no significant difference ; Lysholm score significantly different ; IKDC score were significantly different ; joint stability checks were negative. Conclusions: Autologous hamstring tendon anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery early aggressive rehabilitation can improve knee function, increased activity, shorten recovery time, but the long-term effect remains to be studied .
