Research purposes 1.1 establish an animal model of stress urinary incontinence; 1.2 of transforming growth factor beta-3 (Tgfβ-3), laminin (Lamin), relaxin (Relaxin) in the vagina before SUI rats and normal rats expression in the wall and levator ani muscle tissue; 1.3 express the change of the content analysis of the three factor levels in animal models of stress urinary incontinence group and normal control group, to explore the formation mechanism of the model as well as the three factors and stress urinary incontinence development relationship in some laboratory evidence for clinical pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment. 2 Experimental Methods 2.1 50 female SD rats were divided into five groups: Ⅰ group of normal control group (10); the group Ⅱ normal delivery group (10); group Ⅲ normal childbirth vaginal expansion group (10 ); the group Ⅳ Ⅴ group for normal childbirth vaginal expansion ovariectomized group (10); 2.2 for normal delivery ovariectomized group (10); urodynamic testing to confirm the stress urinary incontinence; 2.3 the end of the experiment, to take experiments confirmed SUI rats with normal rat anterior vaginal wall and levator ani muscle, RT-PCR were used to detect the rat anterior vaginal wall and levator ani muscle of three factors Tgfβ-3, Lamin, this was Relaxin mRNA content expression, thereby comparison of stress urinary incontinence animal model group and the normal group three factor levels in the expression changes. Experimental results Communist China 4 3.1 4 months rats died, the group Ⅰ abdominal leak point pressure (ALPP) (74.24 ± 5.01) cmH2O II group ALPP (70.81 ± 3.06) cm H2O, group Ⅲ ALPP as ( 52.62 ± 3.63) cm H2O the the group Ⅳ ALPP was (53.26 ± 3.45) cmH2O, Ⅴ group ALPP (35.20 ± 3.61) cmH2O. 3.2 Group II ALPP below Ⅰ group, but they showed no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05); group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ group ALPP group Ⅰ were lower than pairwise comparisons were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); the group Ⅲ Ⅳ group both ALPP was no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05); the group Ⅱ Ⅲ group, Ⅳ group Ⅴ group ALPP differences were statistically significant compared to twenty-two (P lt ; 0.05). 3.3 Ⅴ group SUI rat model of anterior vaginal wall, transforming growth factor β-3 (Tgfβ-3), laminin (Lamin) expression levels of the two kinds of factors than group Ⅰ were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05); expression levels of relaxin (Relaxin) factor than group Ⅰ significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Transforming growth factor beta-3 (Tgfβ-3 of 3.4 Ⅴ SUI model rat levator ani muscle), laminin (Lamin) expression levels of the two kinds of factors than group Ⅰ were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01); expression levels of relaxin (Relaxin) factor than group Ⅰ significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion 4.1 analog pregnancy, dystocia, estrogen loss can be successfully established an animal model of stress urinary incontinence, while analog several causes a higher success rate. 4.2 stress urinary incontinence animal models in the anterior vaginal wall tissue in transforming growth factor β-3 (Tgfβ-3), laminin (Lamin) the expression of the two kinds of factors than normal levels of stress urinary incontinence group were significantly lower relaxin (Relaxin) expression levels are significantly increased. 4.3 stress urinary incontinence in animal models levator ani muscle of transforming growth factor beta-(3Tgfβ-3), laminin (Lamin) the expression of the two kinds of factors than normal levels of stress urinary incontinence group had significantly lower relaxin (Relaxin) expression levels are significantly elevated. Tip this Tgfβ-3, Lamin, this was, Relaxin with SUI, the development of a correlation.
