Abstract


The earthquake disaster is a sudden natural disaster , whether developed or developing countries are facing severe challenges of sudden disasters like earthquake . To human losses caused by the earthquake disaster minimization , emergency system by the majority of the attention of scholars . Including emergency medical facility location decisions for the emergency system is critical , it is the premise of emergency medical systems to provide timely and effective emergency point service . This paper discusses the characteristics of sudden earthquake disaster , the low incidence of disasters requires all parties to the rapid response , emergency medical facilities siting . And analysis of the relevant factors affecting location decisions on the basis of previous studies , combined with the actual situation and the characteristics of earthquake disaster emergency , emergency medical facility location model and solving method . Emergency facility location problems , just to cover emergency requirements of the time ( or distance ) within the limits emergency point , but in the context of the earthquake disaster emergency facilities siting , earthquakes complex injuries , the injury varying degrees of severity , which is hard to stipulate a certain time of emergency restrictions need the specific circumstances of the emergency point . Different the emergency points around the environment, population density , and the satisfaction of the emergency point of time . Time satisfaction as the goal , the establishment of emergency medical facility siting satisfaction coverage model for earthquake emergency medical facility location problem , using hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm , and combined with numerical examples illustrate the solution process .
