Abstract


As a male writer, who is good at shaping the image of female characters, the works of Bi Feiyu is filled with his unique attention and sympathy to female. Based on the text of Bi Feiyu’s novels, this article will make a complete research and analysis to the writing and cognizance about female in Bi Feiyu’s works. This paper consists of three parts.The first part, in combination with his specific works, females are mainly divided into three different types according to their different state of subsisting: images of mother, images under varied desires, and images of marginal man in Bi Feiyu’s novels. It reflects Bi Feiyu’s thought of the cognizance for the women to pursue love and desire.The second part mainly explains the detail content. Through the interpretation of specific works, and their tragic fate of that includes the good and the beautiful with the tragedy and persisted the tragedy of Bi describes the rough fate of women and reveals the difficult living of the female.The third part, try to expound the reason why Bi Feiyu prefers to write about women. The thesis will analyze it in three aspects: the author’s own life experience, the influence by regionally, culture, and his culture experience and esthetic interest. All the three parts is the formation of Bi Feiyu’s female writing and his unique aspect of cognition.
