Abstract


Smooth development of construction difficulties, public interest litigation , public interest litigation system need to seek the support of more legal protection system . Legal aid and public interest litigation has common values ??and the pursuit of goals , have the theoretical and practical feasibility of providing legal assistance for public interest litigation , the current legal aid system is the most effective way to make up for the rights of public interest litigation to protect missing . This paper attempts to seek the effective integration of public interest litigation and legal aid , reform the existing legal aid system , set the legal aid intervention to maximize the public interest litigation seeking legal aid framework for public interest litigation litigation track more support and help provide a safe, convenient , economic rights protection for vulnerable groups involving public interest litigation . Provide legal assistance for public interest litigation , and gradually establish a public awareness of the rights of citizens , public interest litigation system in our country , the eventual establishment of the accumulation of theory and practice , to promote social realization of universal justice .
