Abstract


The higher vocational education is the important integral part of the higher education in China. Up to now, the higher vocational education became which was the wide range of disciplines, flexible education system, diversification of personnel training mode. But because the start time of higher vocational education was late, the education system is uneven, so the vocational college position and management mode are in many questions. Some suggestions which were suitable past are become invalid, and the suggestions hamper the progress of the higher vocational education. To recognize again the important role of the management by objectives in higher vocational education, and to put it in the management of the colleges, which not only strengthen the management of the colleges, but also improve the levels of the it.To aim the above questions, the thesis discussed the application of the management by objectives in the higher vocational education which put the GX higher vocational college as the object.Four parts are including in the thesis:The first part is introduction. In the introduction, the thesis discussed the research status of the local and abroad. And discuss the research content and the significance.The second part is the theory and methods of the management by objectives, which discuss the theory and methods of the management by objectives from the origin of the target management, development, and theoretical foundation, structure, processes and characteristics of the implementation of detailed information.The third part is the mode of the management by objectives, which discuss the mode. The thesis stressed that if we want to make it into reality , we must combine the specific characteristics of higher vocational colleges, and creativity to build implementation of model management by objectives in vocational institutions.The fourth part is the research application of the GX higher vocational college. To apply the management in the GX college and analyzed the mode. In the implementation process of the management by objectives, we should pay attention to all aspects of the implementation: such as the goal of establishing the reasonableness of the effectiveness of management by objectives, evaluation, and the timeliness of feedback, and for different implementation processes to respond accordingly. In order to better implement the goals of management, the employees’ thinking should also be set, especially the leadership of the advanced thinking, and on this basis to build complete set of management system.
