Purpose: Clinical effects of ectopic pregnancy are treated with TCM-MTX. Material and method:During from 12,2009 to 8,2010.40 cases of patients were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy in the Fu-ying hospital of Shenyang.They randomly will be divided into two groups A and B.Before treatment,the two groups of patients are compared with average age ,average menopause days,bloodβ-HCG, the maximum diameter of the pregnancy mass,vaginal irregular bleeding,abdominal pain conditions.A group as the contrast group,MTX according to the surface area of 50 mg/m2 intramuscular injection;Group B as the observation group, A group based on medication,the next day, TCM (Dan Shan,Chi Shao,Tao Ren,Ru Xiang,Mo Yao) for treatment,repeatly 7d.After treatment,Observing the two groups of the medicine cure rate ,abdominal pain disappearing,the maximum diameter of the pregnancy mass narrowing,bloodβ-HCG cloudy time and side effects.Results:①In the contrast group,the effective rate was 55%,and 85% in the observation group.The two groups of comparisons have obvious diference(P<0.05).②On the bloodβ-HCG cloudy time, the observation group was shorter than the contrast group. The two groups of comparisons have obvious diference(P<0.05).③Comparing the diameter of the pregnancy mass narrowing of the tow groups in the seventh,fourteenth ,twentieth day has obvious difference(P<0.05).④About the abdominal pain disappearing,the observation group was shorter than the contrast group.The two groups of comparisons have obvious diference(P<0.05). ⑤About side effects,the observation group was less than the contrast group.The two groups of comparisons have obvious diference(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM-MTX is one of the safe and effective ways in clinical treatments.Not only to raise the cure rate,but also speed up infection′s absorbtion,reduce the treatment course and reduce the side effects of the medcine.
