Abstract

Objective:Discusses the different childbirth way and the related other obstetrics factor to the feminine stress urinary incontinence and the trough bottom support organization function influence. Methods:Uses the international urine to control the international urine incontinence standard questionnaire which the association (International Continence society, ICS) recommends, Selects 760 to carry on the questionnaire survey stochastically in my courtyard obstetrics childbirth at the beginning of parturient woman, before the childbirth understood that its gestation period situation, some 701 carry on the post-natal reexamination in my courtyard, further understands post-natal about 42 days the urine incontinence morbidity situation and the determination trough bottom contracture of muscle and the diastole function, parallel correlation analysis. Analyzes the different childbirth way and the related other obstetrics factor and the urine incontinence and the trough bottom support organization function relations, the discussion and the urine incontinence has and the trough bottom support organization function damage related obstetrics factor.Results:1.701 example parturient women had 42 people (5.99%) to have the urine incontinence symptom about post-natal 42 days; The post-natal urine incontinence’s occurrence and the childbirth way, the newborn body weight, are pregnant the precursor to be heavy, the body weight index, shrinks the anus exercise related (P<0.05) 2. the vagina childbirth group, the selective c-section group’s urine incontinence formation rate respectively is 11.18%(18/161),4.44%(24/540), two groups of between comparisons has the difference (P< 0.05) 3. in the vagina childbirth group has the obvious relational factor with the post-natal urine incontinence to have the newborn body weight, to be pregnant the precursor to be heavy and body weight index (P< 0.05) Conclusion:1. the newborn body weight, is pregnant the precursor to be heavy, the body weight index increases, shrinks the anus exercise and the post-natal stress urinary incontinence occurrence related;2. the vagina childbirth group has the post-natal urine incontinence 18 examples, occupies 11.18%(18/161), the selective c-section group has the post-natal urine incontinence 24 examples, occupies 4.44%(24/540), between after both compares, has the difference;3. the vagina childbirth group has the relations with the post-natal urine incontinence to be pregnant the precursor to be heavy, the body weight index, the newborn body weight’s weight, relates not obviously with the post-natal urine incontinence has the age, the height, the childbirth to be pregnant the week, the second course of childbirth time, the perineum lateral section or the lacerated wound; 4. the vagina childbirth, the selective c-section two childbirth way is influential to the post-natal early trough bottom myodynamia, the vagina childbirth may reduce the post-natal early trough bottom myodynamia obviously,5. gestation period and post-natal urine incontinence by mild primarily, strengthens the gestation period and the post-natal trough bottom muscle training may prevent and treat the post-natal urine incontinence.
