Abstract


Science and Technology Museum is a chief management unit. Documents Science and Technology Museum is the most important form of intellectual assets. With it development, the document resource of Science and Technology are more and more rich. So to Science and Technology Museum, document processing is an important tool to realize its scientific management. But currently, most of Science and Technology Museum document management work are done by hands and paper. This Document management method through manipulation has many shortcomings, as document deal slowly, the waste of work, classified management difficulties, inquiries difficulties, a low utilization rate. And these shortcomings in the document management are more obvious when the number of document increased. In addition, the computerized document, save time vulnerable to the impact of environmental factors, the retention period very limited.So for the sake of solving those problems, a web document information system based on b/s structure and modern network technology is designed in this paper. It realized by using network communications and advanced network application platform to build a safe, reliable, open and efficient information network and science and technology museum’s office automation, electronic information management system. This system can provide modern office conditions and rich integrated information services for the management of the day-to-day provision. Its file management function realized office automation and transaction processing automation to improve office efficiency and the management level. It can also help enterprises in all sectors of day-to-day operational work. Instrument files, personnel files, technology files, financial files and other files can be managed to achieve information online inquiries, borrow, the ultimate realization of the "paperless" office. Addition, we designed and released file automatic upload function for the system.Apart from the above advantages, the system particularly concerned about the security system documentation access. In the document management system set up a system of user rights management, the right will be divided into individual document files, share documents and public sector documents three levels. In view of different levels for different documents, the different users have different rights. And through assign user management roles for different users with different authority, the system can achieve security visit to prevent illegal users from visiting the document outside the scope of his rights. So system security is improved by such a mechanism,In this paper a detailed description of the electronic document management system analysis, design and implementation are presented. The analysis and the coding are strictly follow the thinking of software engineering, functional modules including analysis, design; and the database analysis, design, and so on. Through this system design, the authors of this paper have learned a standardized software development and design methods, and families with the B / S system architecture and realized.
