Abstract


In the university, there will be a lot of text work need to be addressed, the complex workflow arrangements need to be done, decision-makers need to make important decisions base on chaos information. To own intelligent, information-based office system, the office personnel and policy-makers can improve work efficiency obviously. During the Network time, office automation also makes the difference between different units or departments in different geographical location to Work in parallel between the offices are possible.Office automation systems achieve effective information sharing, publishing and exchanging, and improve the window services, increase the efficiency of universities’ management, increase the efficiency of universities’ internal information sharing, collaboration and business monitoring by a large margin and can be customized and personalized. As the system is based on the specific needs of users to develop, so it’s better to meet the practical needs of users.Workflow solves the handling of some individual bias OA functions such as document addressing and the exchanging of information and sharing requirements between people. In the E-government official, the flow of documents, the information publishing, the verification and approval system is autoimmunization, networking; the exchange of information in the enterprise which is web-based, streamlines the organizational structure of the enterprise, all departments can collaborate in the basis of information-sharing, so that the various departments and even the responsibility of every employee are easy to clear. At the same time, with the development of communication technology, the combination of wireless mobile terminals such as cell phone makes the mobile office slowly to come true.According to the analysis of current situation, this paper mainly completes the following work:(1)To complete (he needs analysis documentation based on the actual needs of a Xinjiang’s university.(2) According to the current development situation, combined with the Beijing Yanshu Technology Development Co., Ltd’s advantage, mainly based on the needs analysis, proposed the solution of combination wireless terminal network office automation system of universitys.(3) Based on the Beijing Yanshu Technology Development Co., Ltd’s JWDF development framework, using the popular technologies such as ajax and others to complete design of the relevant functional modules and Implementation.(4) Finished the system testing, the tests showed that the expected objectives was met basically.(5) After the deployment, the system is operated stably in a Xinjiang’s university, which gets wide acclaim by the teaching staff.
