Abstract


OA-based workflow system help achieve the sector, the collaboration between enterprises and convenient information gathering and processing, flowing and sharing of scientific decision-making. 80 In the mid-20th century, office system based on the birth of personal computers, office suite as the main indicator, it implements the data and writing electronic documents, the office completed the previous information carrier from the original approach to electronic bits leap, a revolutionary system the evolution of office automation systems and network technology began to work together for the main features of technology. As technology advances, in accordance with international Workflow Management Coalition (WFMC) workflow products in the application of modern office systems, and emerge, not only the realization of workflow automation, and to send and receive files from the traditional manual methods to automated workflow approach leap, but also through the visualization process definition and process monitoring, to achieve the optimization and reorganization process.In this paper, theoretical research work flow as a starting point, in-depth analysis of the workflow management system, workflow modeling, based on the Microsoft. Net platform, as well as the Workflow K2.Net products of the Source Code company as a platform, in accordance with the Multi-Tier mode designed the Founder Group’s OA system. The article detailed the following points:1. Workflow model, process control systems modeling and OA Workflow Management System with the relationship between;2. In multi-tier structure and the development of workflow management system support, the design of the Founder Group’s OA system architecture, function modules and database structure;3. Finish the Founder Group’s OA system with workflow-related the function of the Business Logic Tier and User-Interface layer.
