Abstract


Content is an emerging technology for the construction of enterprise information management , content management systems is accompanied by the development of data management applications to provide customers with a system , it management , integration and access to a variety of formats from audio and video to a scanned image business information. Provide support for the management of enterprise data resources and the creation of new business and reference . The EMC DOCUMENTUM is a comprehensive enterprise content management platform . This provides a secure platform for storing, accessing , organizing, controlling , and to provide any type of unstructured information , unified environment . With the continuous expansion of the port operations , modern management requirements are getting higher and higher , port enterprises are faced with many practical problems , gradually increase the demand for all kinds of information data sharing : With the the port business process optimization and reengineering ; lack of integration of the Port Information data difficult for domestic and external users to provide comprehensive , detailed , fast , accurate information . How to use modern IT technology to solve the problems faced by more than the port enterprises , one of the main problems facing the development of Chinese ports . This paper first introduces the concept of content management , port enterprises need content management , and cited the application of key technologies in content management . Characteristics of port operations , the system architecture of the platform . Security technology platform , focused on the application of rights management . The research workflow management system , and discusses its application in the the port content management aspects . Designed container throughput forecast modules , including prediction algorithm analysis , model building, predict the results of the analysis and prediction module and content management platform combine . The subject initially established a scalable content management platform , to achieve the integration of some of the content and functionality of port enterprises . Rights management strategies, flexible access to enterprise content management . Workflow management system , and improve the level of service of the port .
