Abstract


Based on the informational process of manufacturing and the market requirement, agile manufacturing is announced to appear. SOA provides a new method to the integration of agile manufacturing system.In this paper, first supported by the research work of agile manufacturing system integration based on SOA, then a concrete integration case is given, that is an agile manufacturing system based on the integration of two subsystems: Web-based parts library system and short message service, including whole designation, subsystem implementation and integration as well as testing.In the process of implementing the integration of the two subsystems under SOA, a lot of research work about 3D CAD technology, virtual reality technology and other related technologies are done in this paper in order to design and implement the Web-based parts library system in detail, which uses B/S mode, MySQL and SSH framework. Besides the Web-based parts library system can run alone and is easy to enlarge and reuse.SMPP BC is implemented according to the standard SPIs and APIs defined in JBI spec. And the message normalization/denormalization is based on SMPP protocol stack. As well, SMPP BC is able to run alone and easy to enlarge and reuse.In the last of the paper, the integration of the Web-based parts library system and short message service is done using OpenESB as the JBI container. The business flow between the two subsystems is orchestrated by BPEL SE. The integration between the two subsystems is loose coupling, coarse grained, and neutrality of location and protocol, which makes the system integration under SOA, achieves the goal of agile and no limitation integration. In the mean while, the concrete agile manufacturing system integration based on SOA provides precious experiences and theory instruction.
