Abstract


Computer supported collaborative design (Computer Supported Cooperative Design, CSCD) has become the network environment of digital design and manufacture of key technologies, collaborative design of heterogeneous CAD systems is one of a hot research . Conventional collaborative design system is often used method of data transfer model , but due to the current limitations of network bandwidth , in order to use this method to achieve real-time interaction between the user is difficult. Given this situation, how to effectively realize heterogeneous CAD data exchange between systems has become a focus of research . This paper studies the heterogeneous CAD collaborative design system architecture , the design of collaborative design system function model . By comparing centralized and replicated two typical architecture , building systems using the hybrid method is proposed semantic Conflict Manager (SCM), an effective solution to the semantic conflicts between heterogeneous CAD systems problems and improve the real-time responsiveness. Meanwhile , this paper analyzes existing data exchange between heterogeneous CAD systems approach and the existing CAD system , we proposed operational semantics based modeling commands and neutral data exchange between heterogeneous CAD systems approach , feature-based modeling information using cell element represented in semantic feature modeling technology feature dependency graph. This method makes full use of the CAD system modeling the convergence of high-level expression , avoiding the heterogeneity of the underlying data to achieve a heterogeneous data exchange between CAD ??systems . And data exchange between heterogeneous CAD systems involved in the design of key technologies are analyzed , focusing on the composition of the neutral principles of modeling commands , operational semantics of access, concurrency control. A new concurrency control approach. Designed for data exchange between heterogeneous CAD systems parts . Finally, the idea mentioned in the initial application of Harbin University of homegrown HUST-CAID and AutoCAD between heterogeneous collaborative design proved the feasibility of the above theory .
