Abstract


As a non-renewable resource , the Land and Resources Department of Guomai the people's livelihood depends . With the rapid development of computer networks and information exchange between the increasingly frequent use of advanced management model to achieve effective management of land and resources , comprehensive GIS platform to achieve efficient information collection , management and processing , convenient network resources information services , using powerful data centers to realize the exchange and sharing of data has become an inevitable trend of development of the land and resources management work . This article from the practice of of Shouguang City Land Resources e-government system construction depth background , meaning and methods of construction of e-government at the county level ; analyzing business processes from the county land department , the overall design , system development, database discussion of the construction , information technology standards, specifications , and security system for the protection of the aspect of relying on computer networks and hardware platform for the management of land and resources - government to government management information systems framework combined land and resources industry characteristics ; system software development involved a number of key technical analysis to solve the data center construction, network construction and system integration and other issues ; land resources information in the horizontal and vertical operation mechanism , test the feasibility of the technology development and information management operability and service system ; summed up the experience in the process of the building of e-government system , the prospects for the application of e-government at the county level . I believe these work and achievements will provide some reference system construction for government management of land and resources of other counties .
