Abstract


After several years’ construction, LuoYang Mobile Local transmission network has constructed more than 8000km optical cable line. The transmission network is made up of core layer,assemble layer,and meet layer. The core layer is in charge of business management among main panl points. The assermble layer is in charge of assermble of the nearby business. The meet layer is in charge of the meeting between the basic station and the sustomers. Presently, with the development of the local business and the optical transmission technique and the improvement of the equipment,the construction of the transmission and the network optimization receive more and more attention from enterprise in operation, Because of the progress of the previous project and the other factors,there some problems exits in LuoYang Mobile laocal transmission network.The article combining the actual practice of network regeneration of LuoYang Mobile local transmission network, collecting and citing many basic data and diagrams, analyzes in detail the present condition of LuoYang Mobile local transmission network, and point out, problems existed in it, and also makes need analysis and portfolio mode according to the need of the construction of all service network. Through the above analysis, this article detailed introduces the optimization and construction plan of LuoYang Mobile local transmission network. This article mainly includes the following contents:1) Investigation and analysi、of the present condition of LuoYang Mobile local transmission network.2) Analysis and designing of the relay transmission circuit of the local transmission network. 3) Making network optimization and construction plan of LuoYang Mobile optical transmission network.4) Researching into the transition plan of the transmission network to ASON network.This article combing the theoretical analysis, actual data, and diagrams, assaying and researching into current condition and problem on LuoYang Mobile local transmission network, introduces detailed the network optimization and implement plan, and provides suggestions to the future ASON network plan. Conclusion: Through the network transformation, LuoYang Mobile local transmission network has been greatly improved in the following aspects:technique, capacity protect ability, and safety. It fairly satisfied the needs of all service networks, and provides them with support and guarantee.
