Objective: To evaluate perioperative system fine heart rate regulation and β -blockers exert cardioprotective effects , to explore the perioperative myocardial protection and effective measures. Methods : Through a computer search, collected between 1999 to 2009 at home and abroad , on the evaluation of non-cardiac surgery perioperative myocardial protective effects of β -blockers in clinical randomized controlled trials (RCT), using the Cochrane Collaboration 's RevMan5.0 software system evaluation methods Meta-analysis for non-cardiac surgery perioperative fine with β -blocker heart rate regulation play myocardial protective effect correlation relevant evidence. Results: After a comprehensive search and screening included a total of 13 randomized controlled trials , a total of 11,590 cases of patients . Meta-analysis showed that the overall non-cardiac surgery patients with perioperative β -blockers reduce perioperative adverse cardiac event rate [P = 0.0001, odds ratio (OR) = 0.64,95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.50-0.80 ] , but the results of its analysis with significant heterogeneity (I2 = 57%); to heart rate 100 beats / boundaries will be divided into 13 groups of study is divided into two groups , the results show : Two heterogeneity disappeared ( 12 = 0% ) , and when the heart rate less than 100 beats / min , β receptor blockers and myocardial protective effect statistically significant between the [P lt; 0.00001, odds ratio (OR) = 0.37 0.81-1.59 ] . Conclusion: The results of this systematic review revealed application p blockers on perioperative myocardial protection is a must, but the regulation of heart rate alone can not achieve p -blockers should be the depth of anesthesia , volume therapy , combination therapy , and strict control of non- treatment factors common result.
