Abstract


3G uses the open layered network architecture , its business environment and 2G/2.5G operators there are significant differences. 2G/2.5G multi- point spread billing, billing systems provide each business function, leading to duplication and billing functions of system construction and maintenance costs ; various business systems were billing, real-time requirements can not be achieved with high prepayment user multi-service package fee billing. This requires a new billing models and systems to adapt to this change . Therefore, the content of the 3G network environment billing become a hot topic , we study content-oriented hierarchical 3G integrated billing structure , and in this framework proposed tiered billing policy configuration to achieve the layered flexible and precise billing. This article first 3G content billing hierarchy in the 3G network billing requirements under the layers were analyzed ; based 3G network layers studied layered architecture to provide business model, on the basis of the content -oriented layered architecture made ??integrated billing detail ; integrated billing architecture in a layered configuration mechanism proposed policy ; billing in the content layer prototype system - 3G content subscription game systems studied how to represent , excavation and application users prefer intelligent selection bargaining strategies to tap the contents of the individual values ??of different people , to achieve personalized billing purposes.
