Abstract


XX Mobile is the only mobile-focused operator in china,it has always been the driving force behind the development of XX mobile communication industry and has a high standing in the international mobile communications community.After nearly two decades of hard work,XX mobile has set up a mobile network that is of wide coverage, high communication performance,diversified businesses and world-class service.The Company ranks first in the world in terms of network capacity and subscriber base.iPhone is an excellent example of mobile internet evolution.The iPhone user could Connect to internet via WiFi or Edge.This is the signal to Web 2.0,which is the next generation service to mobile user.This challenges XX Mobile hardly on current charging model,pre-paid charging model.Facing the challenges from merging and acquisition, flexible operation model and marketing threat,XX Mobile will gain revenues and marketing shares with backcharging model.This essay states NGBOSS operation supporting ability.The writer has referenced mobile internet strategy,operation flow and NGBOSS strategy.Firstly,the writer analyzes XX Mobile business supporting development,pointing the marketing challenges, raising the intention of this essay.Secondly,the writer points out the strategy and implementation for post-charging model in XX Mobile with comparison analysis.Lastly, the writer suggests IBOSS system architecture,development proposal and implementation of post-charging model.
