Abstract


With the rapid development of China's automobile industry , the ownership of the various types of vehicles in a substantial increase in the growing demand of the auto rescue . For car users , car rescue agencies , industry management department , however , there is no perfect unified information system for third-party service . In this paper, research on the the road rescue system at home and abroad , our road car rescue industry , car owners , rescue the enterprise management department needs research, through technical means for the owners , rescue organizations , industry management department provide a suitable national conditions and road rescue system need auto rescue industry information system solutions , in order to achieve the following objectives : (1) provide accurate , fast car for the owner of the motor vehicle road rescue services ( 2) to provide relief for car rescue companies operating platform , improve the efficiency of the corporate rescue , significantly reduce operating costs , and to change the existing rescue enterprise profitability ( 3 ) control the service quality of the industry to provide viable solutions at the same time to explore the mode of operation of the automotive the rescue operations management system for the automotive industry management department , and analysis of the implementation of the risk of the system , the implementation of the recommendations of the system , the accumulated experience of road traffic emergency rescue system construction .
