Abstract


With the rapid development of the software industry , the size of the software , increasing complexity , risk becomes more difficult to control , and ultimately lead to software project failure is increasingly common . For software projects , it exists more uncertainty than most projects , more difficult to foresee and control the software project risk . Software project risk management has become critical in the software development process , project managers by more and more attention . Software project risk factors and risk aversion , thus resulting in the smooth success of the project is one of the main topics of software risk management . Fully understand the theory of knowledge and learning software risk management , in practice at the same time continue to accumulate experience to effective risk prevention and control , to reduce the risk of impact and maximize the benefits to the pursuit of purpose . From the analysis of the current development of domestic and foreign software risk management , in accordance with the various stages of the software life cycle software project risk classification , and summarizes the comparative analysis of foreign classic software risk management model , and at the same time the whole process of software risk management , focusing on including software risk qualitative and quantitative analysis method . Combined qualitative and quantitative analysis of the methodological point of view , improved risk management model based on the classic software software risk management models and methods , some suggestions and opinions based on their own experience of domestic enterprises today software risk management .
