Abstract


Land participation in economic activities as one of the basic elements of production , the price is a concrete manifestation of the value of the land and interests , is the core of the land market . With the accelerated pace of China's rapid economic development and urbanization , the traditional land resource management tools has been unable to meet the rapidly changing requirements of the land resources information . Determine and update of the Urban Land Grading and prices has become an urgent task , and therefore the use of existing GIS technology to improve the efficiency of land grading and premium assessment imperative . This paper analyzes the characteristics of urban land grading and evaluating data , use of the Geodatabase space data model system database and ArcSDE technology , and the design and development of urban land grading and evaluation information system integration technology using ArcEngine Component Development Kit and VB.NET . The main work and research contents of this article is divided into the following areas: an analysis of the status quo of urban land grading and evaluation information system use , significance and trends . Insufficient for traditional land grading and land price assessment tools , using the GIS environment urban land grading and evaluation program , and discuss its feasibility . 2 on the basis of some of the key land grading and evaluation and GIS technology , land grading and evaluating the application of GIS technology in detail . System development and implementation process , research : ① The spatial database engine function and implementation ; ② Urban Land Grading and the premium assessment data characteristics and SDE based the Geodatabase space object-oriented data model and spatial database engine technology the database is established ; ( 3 ) buffer analysis and overlay analysis of land grading and other key technologies . 4 according to the objectives of the system were the overall system design and database design , components - GIS (ComGIS) of development and management of user permissions , Urban Land Grading benchmark premium assessment , peer review feature premium thematic map production and graphic attributes the other main features of urban land grading and evaluation information system .
