Investigating a great deal of data, this thesis studies the present condition, achievement and problem of agricultural comprehensive development work in Zaozhuang city. Besides, combining with the agriculture development and management, it puts forward countermeasures to local conditions. Main research and result is as follows: Profoundly reveals the content and significance of agriculture comprehensive development.Agriculture comprehensive development is a system of government behavior, leading by government investment, for carrying out particular agriculture development target. Limited in certain district, time, through comprehensive measures, input, treatment, it can carry out its comprehensive development and obtain performance. This thesis investigates the foundation of the present condition of agriculture comprehensive development in Zaozhuang city, and analyzes the following four existent problems:(1)The leadership and crowd did not understand the importance of agriculture comprehensive development, so it restricts the implement and management in some degree.(2) The project quality of agriculture comprehensive development needs to rise.(3) There are management and funds loopholes in country level, and capital scarcity even misappropriation.(4) Agriculture comprehensive development is lake of protect, causing constructed project damage, influencing a usage or long-term exertive performance.According to the present condition of agriculture comprehensive development in Zaozhuang, this thesis puts forward countermeasures to local conditions.
