Abstract

When the the piezomagnetic effect refers to the ferromagnetic material is subjected to mechanical forces, in its internal strain is generated, resulting in stress, resulting in the phenomenon of change of magnetic permeability. With the in-depth study of amorphous soft magnetic alloy, the magnetic effect of pressure in the sensor reflects the great prospect. This paper studies the Fe 73.5 Cu 1 Nb 3 Si 13.5 B 9 , the Fe 78 Si 13 B 9 and Fe 72 the Co 8 Si 15 B 5 three different components of the iron-based amorphous material in the frequency range of 50kHz to 1MHz pressure magnetic properties, and analysis of the surface state, the test temperature, relative humidity and other pressure magnetic energy. Studies have shown that iron-based amorphous material with good pressure magnetic characteristics. With the test frequency increases, the increase in pressure magnetic sensitivity of the Fe-based amorphous strip. When the compressive stress is less than 0.1MPa, | △ Z | With the compressive stress increases nonlinearly substantial increase; when the compressive stress of 0.1MPa ~ 1MPa | △ Z | compressive stress varies linearly | △ Z | with the compressive stress increases, decreased sensitivity PIEZOMAGNETIC. When the test frequency to 1MHz, the compressive stress is 1.0MPa, the pressure magnetic best Fe is 73.5 Cu 1 Nb 3 Si 13.5 B 9 , Fe 78 Si 13 B 9 and Fe 72 Co 8 Si 15 B 5 three kinds of amorphous strip | △ Z | 0.033.Ω 0.025Ω, 0.011Ω. Under the same conditions, when the compressive stress is higher than 0.1MPa, silicones and EVA rubber-modified surface state of the magnetic pressure of the amorphous strip is superior to the free surface state of the amorphous strip. Elevated temperature in the test temperature range of 19 ° C to 50 ° C, can significantly improve the pressure sensitivity to magnetic iron-based amorphous material, Fe 73.5 Cu 1 Nb 3 Si 13.5 B 9 amorphous material in the 40 ° C test temperature magnetic pressure can best the Fe 78 Si < sub> 13 B 9 and the Fe 72 the Co 8 Si 15 the B 5 < / sub> amorphous material pressure in the 50 ° C test temperature magnetic properties of the best. In addition, with the relative air humidity increases, the magnetic pressure of the Fe-based amorphous strip material can be improved, and the magnetic pressure when the relative humidity is 75% RH best. When the test frequency is 1MHz, the amorphous strip under the same conditions FeCuNbSiB pressure magnetic the to better than FeCoSiB and FeSiB.
