Guangxi Liuzhou China Tin Group processing - lead antimony, zinc sulfide ore cassiterite. Ore in the lead-antimony zinc mineral particle size distribution is uneven, mainly fine disseminated easily cause crushing grinding process. Continue to increase the amount of slime produced in the production process, the complicated nature of because these fine mud than the surface area, and difficult to settlement directly attributable to the main workshop the fine mud system will deteriorate fine mud system to the mine in nature, micro-fine recycled reasonable recovery become an important issue. In this paper, -0.1 0.074mm, -0.074 0.037mm,-0.037mm of three fractions jamesonite, iron sphalerite and pyrrhotite pure mineral butyl xanthate, diethyldithiocarbamate-butylammonium black The flotation behavior of drugs, and then three pure mineral-0.037mm fraction selective flocculation tests, and the amount of adsorption test. In the same pH and dosages jamesonite -0.1 0.074mm fraction flotation recoveries highest iron sphalerite and pyrrhotite recoveries -0.074 0.037mm fraction the highest recovery rates are the lowest of the three minerals-0.037mm fraction. Iron under the same grain size flash the jamesonite under -0.1 0.074mm and the largest zinc mine and pyrrhotite recoveries differences in 6 × 10 -5 sup> mol / L of small yellow The drug concentration, at different pH values, a maximum difference of 27%; maximum difference of 47% under the same conditions with Diethyldithiocarbamate collector; with tetrabutylammonium aerofloat the maximum difference of 30%. Thinner with granularity, jamesonite iron flash zinc mine and pyrrhotite recoveries differences smaller. The different mineral flotation experimental results show that, diethyldithiocarbamate in different size fractions are able to show a better collector jamesonite. The three fractions jamesonite xanthate system in small iron sphalerite and pyrrhotite flotation behavior with pulp potential iron sphalerite can float in the case of pH ≤ 4.7, shorter in the case of 4.7 ≤ pH ≤ 8.8 can float interval. Single mineral flotation maximum potential, the lower limit of pH diagram illustrates the potential range of separation with the thinner granularity, pyrrhotite and jamesonite increasingly narrow. -0.037mm fraction three mineral selective flocculation studies, dispersant, collector, inhibitors, pH value and concentration of the slurry on the selective flocculation. The results show that the appropriate amount of dispersant can significantly increase the recovery rate. The use of UV-spectrophotometer measured amount of adsorption data show that,-0.037mm tablets stage adsorption amount. -0.1 0.074mm grain size mineral adsorption amount of data to verify the previous good flotation results. IR test test results reveal a the butyl xanthate with mineral after the surface of the product, to verify the test results of the test of the pure mineral.
