Objective: colonoscopy double operation of law as the control of a single operation method to evaluate the safety, efficacy , aimed at increasing the awareness of the province of the law of colonoscopy single person operation to promote its promotion in clinical to use . Method : Select the period November 2010 to April 2011 at the Second Xiangya Hospital , Central South University , digestive endoscopy room patients undergoing colonoscopy , in line with this experiment, the standard 130 cases were randomly divided into a single operation of law ( single people group) 65 cases , 65 cases of the double operation method group ( duo ) . Arrives back to the ileocecal the success rate of the two groups colonoscopy , mirror the depth and time required to reach the ileocecal examination, the examination of the abdominal pain severity VAS scores and the U- reversal completion of colonoscopy rectum compare . Results: ( 1 ) single group with colonoscopy duo reaches back to the ileocecal the success rate is similar to ( 100% : 98.46 % , P gt ; 0.05) ; ( 2 ) compared with the duo , single group reaches the ileocecal Ministry into the mirror depth shorter (76.46 ± 9.97cm: 84.06 ± 7.1cm, P lt; 0.05); into the mirror less time ( 4.33 ± 2.08min : 5.33 ± 2.1 min , P lt ; 0.05) ; (3 ) single people group with the duo in check in the end of the check , the check after 1 hour abdominal pain severity VAS score mean differences with significant ( respectively 44.73 ± 19.7:57.18 ± 17.4,27.51 ± 16.2:35.89 ± 16.69,11.17 ± 12.17:17.89 ± 16.83, all P lt ; 0.05) ; ( 4 ) Although the single group with the duo colonoscopy to check similar to the U- reversal success rate ( 96.92% : 89.23 % , P gt ; 0.05 ), but the single patients during the U-shaped reversal group can reduce the degree of pain (VAS score mean , 11.17 ± 12.17:17.89 ± 16.83 , P lt; 0.05 ) shortened operation time (19.32 ± 4.69s : 24.09 ± 5.93s , P lt ; 0.05 ) , to reduce direct intestinal mucosal injury incidence ( 1.54% : 13.85 % , P lt; 0.05 ) ; ( 5 ) the complication incidence are 0 , no difference . Conclusion colonoscopy single person operation method is safe and effective , reduce patient pain , shorten inserted mirror the depth and time , easier to implement the U- rewind rectum , that single- person operation method is worthy of further promotion of use .
