Objective:(Crohn’s Disease,CD) is a life-long recurrent or persistent idiopathic inflammatory bowel disease, greatly reduces the patient’s quality of life. This article aims to learn the general situation, clinical manifestations and treatment,provide a reference for future treatment.Methods:Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 209 patients confirmed CD froml995 to 2010 in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Medical college of Zhejiang UniversityResult:209 cases of CD patients, male to female ratio was 1.49:1, the average age at diagnosis was 35.62±13.58 years, the clinical manifestations were abdominal pain (84.2%), diarrhea (78.1%), anorexia (45.5%), fever (24.4%), and the most common complications are intestinal obstruction (23.9%), intestinal fistula (3.8%) and intra-abdominal abscess (4.3%). Classification criteria under the Montreal involving the intestines, L1 subtype ileal 25.4%, L2 subtype colon 23.0%, L3 ileocolonic subtype 51.6%.28.2% of patients with mild,47.4% of patients with moderate, and accounting for 24.4% of severe patients. Anemia in male patients accounted for 48%,63.1% female patients. The albumin average is 34.3g/L, and 27.3% patients is less than 30g/L. Surgery due to complications accounted for 24.4%.In 209 cases of CD patients,193 patients(92.3%) used the amino acid, and 73 cases (37.8%) reached remission. A total of 100 patients receiving hormone therapy,23 cases (23%) reached remission.58 patients received treatment of immunosuppressive agents (AZA),28 cases (48.3%) reached remission; 14 patients received treatment of infliximab, and 11 cases (75.6%) reached remission.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of Crohn’s Disease were various. Drug treatment and the responses to drug is complex and the standardized drug treatment is necessary.
