Abstract


Objective:In Chinese medicine theory guidance, through the observation analysis of chronic gastritis gender, age, typification, coating on the tongue, and such factors as the relationship between stomach of chronic gastritis in helicobacter pylori infection, thus proving correlation analysis with the changes in coating of gastric helicobacter pylori infection, and clinical guidance closely linked.Method : Random selection in January 2010 - December 2010 in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine subsidiary first hospital, because the stomach and issued and do gastroscope inspection to the diagnosis of chronic gastritis and total 438 cases of patients.All cases using Olympus series electronic gastroscope inspection.Helicobacter pylori detection using urease dependence experiment.Using the method of retrospective investigation of patients with chronic gastritis 438 epidemiology age, gender, TCM syndrome type, coating and helicobacter pylori positive rate data to arrange, statistical analysis, so as to prove the correlation of coating and helicobacter pylori.Results:1.The positive helicobacter pylori in chronic gastritis disease patients, the female and the male helicobacter pylori infection compared to nameless difference(P>0.05).2.Chronic gastritis mainly to middle-aged and elderly people, 44, the proportion of patients with up to more than 71.7%. Every age group helicobacter pylori infection rates no significant difference compared(P>0.05),But helicobacter pylori infection rates show will be the growth as the age and become ascendant trend.3.For more evidence of chronic gastritis type diseases make stomach and taste and humid and overall accounted for innovation and 22.4% and22.6%.And helicobacter pylori infection in chronic gastritis positie in damp and hot and spleen, stomach made mainly diseases with positive 90.0% and 72.6 percent respectively.4.Chronic gastritis helicobacter pylori infection is closely related to the changes, and coating on the tongue coating with the changes infected with HP incidence degree in accordance with the following order gradually decrease:Thin white>thick white>White greasy>Yellow greasy>thick Yellow>Thin YellowConclusion:1.HP infection and gender, age unrelated, but the growth as the age HP detection rate rise.2.Helicobacter pylori infection and related diseases with TCM parting, spleen and stomach and make different easily detected HP.3.Helicobacter pylori infection and tongue coating change, thin white tongue coating related helicobacter pylori detected rate is the highest.
