Abstract


Objective To analyze the IOL retinal detachment clinical features. Correlation analysis cataract surgery complications and postoperative retinal detachment. Explore vitrectomy role in the artificial crystal retinal detachment treatment. The method of retrospective analysis study from September 2003 to September 2008 a total of 53 cases of cataract surgery intraocular lens the retinal detachment admission cases. Observation of patients who were admitted to gender, age, refractive status, fundus features, vitrectomy, after the reset rate, and retinal detachment recurrence in patients with clinical features. Postoperative insist on a return visit to the patients for more than 6 months. The thesis data using SPSS16.0 for statistical analysis, part of the group were compared using t-test, and two multi-factor Logistic regression analysis. (1) 53 patients, 20 (38%) patients with high myopia. The average age of the patients with high myopia less than the average age of the non-high myopia group (55.42 ± 10.77s vs 62.48 ± 7.55sP <0.05). After cataract surgery posterior capsule rupture group (G1) retinal detachment interval significantly more lens intact posterior capsule in case group (G2) the short time interval (11.24 vs. 14.22). Preoperative routine examination found that the number of holes 39, intraoperative diagnosis of hole 111, the holes were not detected in 41.5%, hole missing rate of 26.4%. (2) after retinal detachment surgery retinal reattachment rate of 90.6%, retinal detachment recurrence rate was 9.4%. Simple vitrectomy reset rate of 87.5%. Vitrectomy combined with scleral buckling return rate of 91.9%. (3) the two Logistic regression analysis the the postoperative PVR's progress is a major factor in recurrent retinal detachment (P = 0.0004). (4) postoperative visual acuity was 0.2, but only 2 (4%) patients visual acuity higher than 0.3. Pathologic myopia group, the group of recurrent retinal detachment, macular hole group to restore vision after surgery was significantly lower than the average level of all patients. Conclusion (1) IOL retinal detachment clinical features: high myopia, cataract surgery, posterior capsule rupture, posterior capsular incision surgery as its incidence risk factors. Hole detection rate than the average retinal detachment patients. (2) artificial phakic retinal detachment vitrectomy is an effective treatment for postoperative retinal reattachment rate is high. Simple vitrectomy, vitrectomy, scleral buckling surgery reattachment rate was no significant difference. (3) the progress of postoperative PVR retinal detachment recurrence major factor. (4) artificial phakic retinal detachment vitrectomy visual function recovery after high myopia, macular hole, and retinal detachment associated with recurrence.
