Abstract

Purpose: to test fracture repair double-stranded DNA RAD51 protein expression in bladder cancer tissues, and explore its clinical significance. Methods: using immunohistochemical EnVision method in 40 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue expression of RAD51 detection, through the statistical methods to analyze its expression. Results: the RAD51 expressed in bladder cancer group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). With increased clinical pathological stage of tumor, the expression of RAD51 obviously increased (P < 0.05). Different histologic grading Ⅰ in bladder cancer, Ⅱ, Ⅲ level in the organization of RAD51 expression had significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: RAD51 present different expression in bladder tissue, is highly expressed in bladder cancer; And clinical pathologic staging and pathological tumor histologic classification, is of certain significance to predict the prognosis of tumor.
