Abstract

MCDM problem generally utilize the existing decision-making information, through a certain way for a group (finite) options to sort and merit. Since a large number of decision problem itself ambiguity, program guideline values, criteria weights and decision makers preferences and other parameters uncertain or can not fully determine the fuzzy multiple criteria decision making problems abound. Thus the guideline value of fuzzy numbers multi-criteria sorting problems systematic research has important theoretical and practical significance. Assuming the current decision-making problems are rational decision-makers to policy makers, without considering the case of non-rational, irrational decisions will take into account the problem of fuzzy multiple criteria decision making also has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the study of relevant literature, based on the fuzzy OWA operator and prospect theory and their use in multi-criteria decision making problems in the application of a more in-depth research, the establishment of the corresponding decision model, and using optimization theory and optimization algorithms for its to solve it. Major work and achievements are as follows: (1) define the fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (F-OWA) operator, the weighted F-OWA (WF-OWA) operator, ordered weighted F-OWA (OWF-OWA) operator Son and combined F-OWA (COWF-OWA) operator, and studied some of their properties. On this basis, proposed based on WF-OWA operator fuzzy MCDM method, based on OWF-OWA operator fuzzy multiple criteria decision making method based COWF-OWA operator fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making. (2) defines the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers prospect value function of trapezoidal fuzzy number outlook functions and based prospect value function expansion priority function. On the criteria weights incomplete information, guideline value trapezoidal fuzzy numbers multi-criteria decision problems, according to the prospect theory of ideology, structure solution prospects to maximize the value of the non-linear programming model to determine the optimal weight, then calculate each alternative optimal integrated prospects worthy to rank alternatives. On the criteria weights to determine the real number, a guideline value of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers MCDM problem, PROMETHEE Ⅱ methods and prospect theory is proposed by combining better reflect policymakers true preferences improved PROMETHEE Ⅱ method. On the criteria weights to determine the real number, a guideline value of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers multi-criteria group decision making problems, first using the gray relational coefficient formulas calculate two different decision-makers for each Preference values similarity matrix, by the condition foreground function to get the program groups decision matrix for group decision matrix integrated to obtain the programs of the sort. (3) In the previous study, based on the fuzzy OWA operator and prospect theory taking into account the fuzzy multiple criteria decision making model. Defines fuzzy OWA operator Cumulative Prospect functions and three n-dimensional fuzzy numbers aggregator. On the criteria weights incomplete information, guideline value trapezoidal fuzzy numbers MCDM problem, a pair of programs subjective preference Minimum Deviation fuzzy multiple criteria decision making method. On the criteria weights ascertain, guideline value trapezoidal fuzzy numbers MCDM problems is proposed based on fuzzy OWA operator and cumulative prospect theory of fuzzy multiple criteria decision making method. On the criteria weights to determine the real number, a guideline value of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers multi-criteria group decision is proposed based on fuzzy preference relations fuzzy multiple criteria group decision making method.
