Abstract


Accounting is an information system , the environment is the logical starting point of Accounting Research . Accounting information system processes are interdependent social environment ( economic globalization ) and accounting information needs drastic changes in the network environment , traditional accounting theory faces a serious challenge . The drawbacks of existing accounting information system processes and their development difficulties, caused by the accounting information users can not meet the increasingly diversified and personalized information needs of the current situation , the decision usefulness of accounting information crisis . Existing accounting information system processes has been unable to meet the modern needs of social development , to build a new type of accounting information system processes in a network environment . Firstly, the accounting information system processes Research and analysis of the inadequacies in the research review , followed by analysis of the evolution of accounting information system processes and explore their inadequacies , and expounded the accounting information system processes introduced into the network environment necessity of the design . Then analyzed on the basis of the theoretical basis of the accounting information system processes in a network environment and technology , and the balanced scorecard applied to the design of the accounting information system processes .
