In the process of economic globalization is accelerating, ever-changing high-tech environment, of a number of high-tech enterprise is on the rise, and growth, in terms of technological innovation-oriented enterprises, R \u0026 D class knowledge workers as their productivity elements of the most active, the key personnel of the most creative, and has become an important capital for the long-term development of the enterprise to provide more and more critical power. Performance evaluation of these employees are basically still stick to the traditional performance appraisal ideology, with high knowledge of the characteristics of high intelligence groups is not appropriate, it is even more serious is not an effective incentive to R \u0026 D class knowledge-based employees to give full play to intelligence and effective promotion of technological innovation. The theory of this paper the use of management science, management, psychology, organizational behavior, statistics and other disciplines to construct a performance evaluation system for high-tech enterprises. This paper first introduces the concept of the R \u0026 D class knowledge workers, characteristics; analysis of the problems existing in the current performance evaluation methods and performance evaluation. On this basis, the proposed R \u0026 D class knowledge-based employee performance appraisal system to build the program, the use of multivariate statistical analysis tools by analyzing the performance of R \u0026 D class knowledge workers with stakeholders contractual relationship, the R \u0026 D class knowledge-based employee performance evaluation indicators divided into three aspects, namely, the indicators of the outcome, behavioral indicators and the accumulation of knowledge indicators, and the appropriate analysis for these three aspects, in order to enhance the R \u0026 D class knowledge-based employee performance appraisal effect. Meanwhile, the combination of the actual case of high-tech enterprises-M, specific analysis of the company's performance appraisal and analysis of the performance appraisal system by building a the developed class knowledge-based employee performance appraisal system running mechanism for M Company develop a performance appraisal process. M performance evaluation process to determine the implementation of the performance appraisal, performance appraisal time, the reliability and validity of performance evaluation, performance appraisal interviews, performance evaluation comparing and processing performance improvement of several aspects. The empirical results show that, the M Company employee satisfaction increased significantly, the company technical staff loss phenomenon to be significantly improved, and has increased the enthusiasm of the R \u0026 D class knowledge workers. Through the test of practice proved that a performance appraisal process system design for R \u0026 D class knowledge workers has a certain practicality certain referential significance of this type of high-tech enterprise businesses.
