Abstract


Purpose:Shengxuebao mixture has the role of increased WBC.To explore the therapeutic effects of drugs play a major,the study is to use orthogonal experimental method.Given bone marrow suppression mice different dose rations Shengxuebao mixture,observe the general condition of animals,WBC,RBC,HB and spleen,thymus weight in each group.Statistical analysis using orthogonal experimental design software,from WBC,as an indicator to determine the treatment of bone marrow suppression drugs plsy a majoy role in the blind.Material and method:1.material: BALBI/C mice,male and female,weight 18-22g, Shengxuebao mixture,Cyclophosphamide,Heparin sodium injection.2.method:Experiment one use orthogonal design.Given bone marrow suppression mice different dose rations Shengxuebao mixture,than collect blood and immune organ samples for testing.Through statistical analysis of peripheral blood WBC,the main drug obtained blindly. Experiment two verify the correctness of the previous experiment.Results:1.Experiment one: Shengxuebao mixture can significantly improve the WBC in mice caused by the cyclophosphamide.Whith the model group and control group, all the doses of Shengxuebao mixture can elevated WBC.The best efficacy to the original prescription.Analysis WBC count by orthogonal design software white penoy reached the best significance.2.Experiment two: Shengxuebao mixture can significantly improve the WBC in mice caused by the cyclophosphamide.Efficacy was positively correlated with the dose.Compared with model group,intragastric administration of white paony decoction alone,the WBC also increased significantly. Conclusion:1. Shengxuebao mixture can significantly improve the WBC in mice caused by the cyclophosphamide.And may improve RBC,HB,reduced quality of thymus and spleen. .Whith the model group and control group, all the doses of Shengxuebao mixture can elevated WBC.The best efficacy to the original prescription.Efficacy strong experimental is group 1,3,6,8. Analysis WBC count by orthogonal design software white penoy reached the best significance.So white penoy plays a major role.2. Shengxuebao mixture can significantly improve the WBC in mice caused by the cyclophosphamide.Efficacy was positively correlated with the dose. .Compared with model group,intragastric administration of white paony decoction alone,the WBC also increased significantly.The results showed that white penoy increased the role of WBC,confirmed the correctness of experiment one.
