Abstract


China 's railway construction enterprise ubiquitous enhance the level of cost management , reduce costs consuming an urgent need to improve the economic efficiency , in particular, China 's accession to the WTO and the bill of quantities specification formally implemented nationwide , the railway construction enterprises are facing a more open markets and more intense competition in the market environment , bring more serious challenge to cost management .
