Clinical Study on Treatment in the Chronic Fallopian Tube Inflammation with Tongguan Dissolvent

Abstract


Purpose:We used Tongguan dissolvent curing the infertility due to the chronic fallopian tube inflammation .we observed the clinic effect and provided scientific basis for comprehensive treatments,applications in clinic. Treatment and Observation Methods:We selected 120 patients who belongmeet the standards of infertility due to fallopian tube inflammation and divided them into two groups which are the treatment group used Tongguan dissolvent with 60 people and the control group used nothing with 60 people .Then we counted the scores of the symptoms and signs of these people before they use the medicine . Every group use the medicine for one to three months .Sex guild would be made in the ovulation period. We gathered the numbers and the scores of the symptoms and signs of the people and make them stop use the medicine who are pregnancy in every group .We gathered the statistic of the scores of the symptoms–sign and the part sign of the remaining people after three months and followed up for two months.Results:The cure rate of treatment group was 75%,and the control group was 16.67%. The efficientratewas100% and the control group was 18.83%.There were significant differences (p<0.05).There were significant differences in the symptom sign (p<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was100%, while the control group was 18.33%. The cure rate of the treatment group which was 35.00% was superior than the control group with 0%.The treatment group was superior to the control group in every symptom.There were significant differences in the part sign (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was100%, while the control group was0%. The cure rate of the treatment group which was 33.33% was superior than the control group with 0%.The treatment group was superior to the control group in every part sign ,too.There result of study indicates that the abortion had not obvious1y influenced the curative effect. While the age and the duration played an important role in the curative effect .The shorter the duration and the smaller of the age, the better of the curative effect.Conclusions:Tongguan dissolvent could effectively treat fallopian tube inflammatory and it was worth using in the clinic.
