Abstract


Objective: To analyze Ranae steroidal compounds in the composition . Isolated frog oil from Kazakhstan , purification and identification of steroidal compounds. Synthesis of the compounds studied , to determine the optimal method . Establish Ranae these compounds in HPLC method for the determination . Methods: We used gas chromatography - mass spectrometry for Ranae herbs steroidal compounds were analyzed using CO 2 supercritical extraction technology , extraction of Ranae grease composition, will dregs by SephadexLH-20, C-18 reverse phase silica gel , HPLC , etc. isolated and purified by modern separation , identified by spectral method , by biotransformation steroid synthesizing compounds by high performance liquid chromatography with frog Ha Determination of oil content were studied. Results: The use of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry preliminary analysis of a 8 -steroidal compounds that cholesterol, cholesteryl 3 - one , cholest -3 ,5 -diene -7 - one, campesterol 4 - cholesteric ene-3 - one, cholest -4 ,6 - diene-3 - one, stigmasterol 22 ,23 - dihydro cholesteric -8 - en-7 - one. The SephadexLH-20, C-18 reverse phase silica gel , HPLC of the purified steroid HI, with 13C-NMR and 1H-NMR spectroscopic techniques and chemical testing with ESI-MS mass spectrometry to identify the steroid the structure body compound is 4 - cholest -3 - one. Synthesized by biotransformation This steroidal compound 90.2% conversion rate . Ranae different habitats of the compound were determined , the results were Jingyu (7.24μg / g), Huadian (7.60μg / g), Shulan (7.96μg / g). Conclusion: GC analysis of the compounds in the subsequent Ranae steroids research has further guidance. Extract isolated steroidal compounds and biotransformation prepared with the steroidal compound , for its applied research provides the material basis . Ranae of 4 - cholesten-3 - one method for the determination of the establishment and improvement of the quality control of medicinal Ranae method . The results for the subsequent Ranae steroidal chemical constituents in research and development and utilization of a certain foundation .
