Abstract


Weaponry contains many locomotory cells, but the test and control module at present can only test one kind of locomotory cells. Various test and control modules for locomotory cells are needed by weapon automatic test and control system, which finally lead to hugeness of the testing system and high cost. Therefore, it’s valuable and meaningful to develop a kind of VXI module that can test and control sorts of locomotory cells.In the thesis, a common test and control module which achieves the requirement of test and control the locomotory cell of weaponry is developed through analyzing the styles of the locomotory cells in weaponry. DC servomotors, AC servomotors, stepmotors and synchro/resolvers can be controled by the module. Also the signal of the induction phase shifter, the photoelectric coder, the synchro/resolver, and the orientation signal of the precision resistance can all be detected.The CPU of the module is DSP. Every parts of the module and communicate with the PC are controlled by it. By the powerful computing and controlling ability of DSP, the motor can be controlled while the signal is being tested at the same time. The circuit is simple and the bulk is less by the method of multiplexing founctional devices and making the hardware become software, locomotory cells are tested by the module as a simple slot module.By designing the counter in FPGA, the feedback position signal of photoelectric coder is detecting by the module to afford the feedback signal of DC servomotor and AC servomotor; by designning PWM module in FPGA and PID controlling in DSP the DC servomotor is controlled and drived by the module; the conversion of S/R-D and D-S/R is realized by software; by high-precision A/D conversing the voltage of supply and signal of position sensor , the signal of locating resistance is detected by the module; by adopting the technology of digital phase detection, the feedback position signal of induction phase shifter is detected by the module; the AC transducer is controlled by the module used D /A convertor. The drivers and soft panel that both conform to VPP specification are designed by using Lab Windows/CVI. The locomotory cells can be test and control by the customer using the soft panel and driving function at the same time.The testing result shows that the module is designed in reason and satisfies the basic performance.
