Abstract


Objective: To study and discuss the primary bronchogenic carcinoma syndrome evolution with ECOG performance status ( physical status score ) . Materials and Methods : A retrospective Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese oncology inpatients from March 2009 to July 2010 , were confirmed by pathology or imaging and laboratory examination, diagnosed with primary bronchogenic carcinoma , were observed in the cases of 408 cases , males and 245 cases , 163 cases of women . ECOG score 1-2 points : 173 cases ; 102 cases ; 4 : 133 cases . Cluster analysis classified the patients are summarized , and then apply the principal component analysis, the main syndromes of patients derives from Discrimination summed up the main card type for each category of patients ; and clustering using SPSS13.0 software patients with ECOG score between correlation and consistency analysis analysis of the evolution of the correlation of each type of ECOG performance status in patients with the syndrome . Results : 1 . Spleen and stomach deficiency as the main characteristics of the patients with primary bronchogenic carcinoma . ECOG score of patients with the syndrome evolution of the correlation , Kappa value was 0.522 , P lt; 0.05 Description exist between the three types of patients with ECOG score consistency , but the degree of consistency is not particularly desirable , Spearman correlation coefficient as 0.708 , P LT ; 0.05 , correlation exists between and preferably . ECOG score of 1 to 2 timesharing stomach deficiency, Yin deficiency ; rated 3:00 to spleen deficiency, irascibility Fanfei , type - based ; rated for 4:00 , heart and kidney deficiency , phase fire disturbance , main type sanjiao disorders . Conclusion: 1 . Primary bronchogenic carcinoma patients need to focus on solid protection stomach , attach importance to the protection of the gas . Yang deficiency in the development of the disease process , has an important significance , and in patients with primary bronchogenic carcinoma , clinical manifestations Sheng yang deficiency and dampness see . Clinical attention to patients with different stages of certificates climate evolution of features to improve patient symptoms , improve quality of life in patients .
