Abstract


Objective: To investigate the methods of diagnosis and surgical ureteral polyps strengthen the of ureteral polyps cognitive and improve of ureteral polyps surgical treatment rationality , efficacy and safety . Methods: A retrospective analysis of 18 patients with ureteral polyps clinical data ( including one case of ureteral the polyps cancerous 's patients ) . Holmium laser treatment of surgical treatment of 18 patients , polyps in patients with single or a small number of the 12 cases , 2 cases of kidney ureter resection , routine ureteral polyps segmental resection of the renal pelvis trip surgery , 2 cases ureteral polyps segmental resection of ureteral anastomosis surgery , patients with ureteral polyps in patients with kidney ureter bladder cuff resection like resection . Results ureteral polyps symptoms manifested as lower back pain , hematuria , abdominal mass . Surgery patients were followed up for 3 months to 6 months , 15 cases of nephron sparing satisfactory outcome , the protection of renal function , ipsilateral hydronephrosis varying degrees of improvement , ureteral stricture complications . Conclusion fibroepithelial polyps main cause congenital defects caused by stones , trauma , infection , allergic factors closely related to the etiology of inflammatory polyps . Surgical treatment of ureteral polyps according to of ureteral polyp size , number , location , selection of different surgical approach involving the ureteral circumference and length of renal and ureteral dilatation . Ureter holmium laser treatment should be the preferred technique . Elderly ureteral polyps cancerous, diagnosis and treatment need to be cautious .
