Abstract


Colles fracture type Objective To study the role of carpal instability and wrist function . Method the Fykman Colles fracture classification , measurement before and after the fractures and go except fixed wrist radiographs , and determination of the objective indicators of wrist function compared two sets of wrist function recovery with no wrist instability analysis 104 cases of Colles fracture wrist instability in the incidence and type of relationship analysis of the Colles fracture type and carpal instability and wrist function . Results 1. Classification of carpal instability by Linscheid , 104 Colles fracture associated with wrist instability in 37 cases ( 42 ) , the incidence of 35.6 % of Colles fracture associated with carpal instability mainly two types : the wrist dorsiflexion instability and wrist dorsal displacement of the articular fractures involving the distal ulna fracture ( II ) of 8 patients with unstable incidence of 28% in 25 cases ; intra-articular fractures involving the distal ulna (Ⅳ Ⅵ Ⅷ) 37 cases in 22 patients with unstable incidence of 59.5% , involving the radiocarpal joint ( III IV ) 33 in 15 patients with unstable incidence of 44.1% , 9 case involving radio-ulnar joint ( V - Ⅵ) by 4 patients with unstable incidence of 44.4% involving the radiocarpal radioulnar joint ( VII - VIII) of 17 cases, 13 cases of unstable incidence of 76.5% . 2 of 11 cases with no wrist carpal instability instability in 22 cases of carpal instability cases wrist function was significantly worse than the comparison group ( P <0.05 ) . Frykman fracture classification -articular fractures and intra-articular fracture healing after wrist function significant difference ( P <0.01 ) , involving the radiocarpal joint fracture and involving radioulnar joint fracture wrist fracture healing difference (P <0.05), involving the radial wrist fracture involving the radiocarpal radioulnar joint fracture wrist significant difference ( P <0.01 ) , but involving radioulnar joint fractures wrist radio-ulnar joint fracture wrist joint The function was no significant difference (P> 0.05), no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) involving the ulnar the far fracture and distal ulna fractures wrist Ming . The conclusion intra-articular fracture , involving the radiocarpal joint fracture or ulnar joint fractures or radiocarpal and radio-ulnar joint fracture on and wrist function has a significant effect . Select the appropriate treatment based on the type and severity of the fracture , and improve the quality of fracture reduction efficacy may be improved .
