Abstract


Objective : To observe the eye -acupuncture needling by tendon spastic paralysis after stroke clinical efficacy . Materials and Methods: spastic paralysis after stroke meet the inclusion criteria , 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups : the treatment group 30 cases , the use of eye acupuncture therapy combined with acupuncture treatment by tendon ; 30 patients , the use of acupuncture treatment by tendon . 10 days for a course of treatment, continuous treatment 2 course of treatment between the stop two days . Ashworth score evaluation using limb spasticity ; using SIAS stroke dysfunction scores were assessed ; adopted country in 1995 , the \Acupuncture for stroke patients with hemiplegia evaluation activities of daily living to improve the situation . The use of \Results : 1. Treatment could significantly relieve muscle spasticity , improve limb motor function. (2) the treatment group patients after stroke paralyzed activities of daily living to improve significantly higher. 3 groups on the degree of neurological deficit and living conditions were significantly improved , but the treatment group than the control group . Conclusions : 1. Eye -acupuncture needling by tendon can improve muscle spasticity, the clinical treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke is an effective method . 2 eye -acupuncture needling by tendon function and can significantly improve stroke patients after a stroke paralyzed activities of daily living , improve the patient's quality of life. 3 eye -acupuncture needling by tendon can well balance the yin and yang effect. 4 pairs of spastic paralysis after stroke patients , eye acupuncture therapy is particularly convenient operation , relative to body acupuncture , body acupuncture can induce limb spasticity , which leads to the curved needle , needle acupuncture not only solve the patient bed down for the inconvenience , solve the patient undress troubles, reduce patient preparation time before acupuncture to alleviate the burden of the accompanying family members of patients .
