Objective: To observe Banxiaxiexin decoction pre-diabetes effect of heat trapped Spleen and initially explaining its mechanism of action . Methods: 60 cases of prediabetes card is hot and humid type spleen were randomly divided into two groups , the treatment group, 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients . Blank control group were given standard diabetes diet and exercise regulate basic treatment ; treatment group to basic therapy plus BanxiaxiexinTang plus or minus side , the treatment period of 12 weeks. Observed before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome score , blood glucose , HOMA-IR, HbA1c, BMI, TG and other indicators of change . Results: After 12 weeks of treatment, the patient's symptom score , blood glucose , HOMA-IR, HbA1c, BMI, TG were improved between the two groups were significantly different (P lt; 0.01), the treatment group was significantly better control group . Conclusion: Banxiaxiexin decoction pre-diabetes has a good therapeutic effect, can better improve the heat trapped Spleen pre-diabetes symptoms, improve insulin resistance , reduce glycated hemoglobin, a reversal of pre-diabetes progression to clinical diabetes trends .
