Abstract


Objective: Observation Qi participation of 60 cases through bi-complex decoction and blood stasis type stable overworked angina patients for clinical curative effect, preliminary discussion Qi and tong bi-complex decoction function mechanism of treatment of coronary heart disease, angina. Methods: 60 patients with diagnosis of type and blood stasis stable overworked angina, patients were randomly divided into general Qi participation in treatment group attack decoction 30 cases and 30 cases in. Observe two groups before and after the treatment of patients with clinical symptoms, ecg changes and physicochemical inspection. Results after statistics processing, comparing the curative effect of treatment group and control group. Results: Qi and tong bi-complex decoction effectively improve coronary heart disease patients with stable angina anginal attack, decrease anginal attacks, reduce angina duration, reduce nitroglycerin sulfate and effectively improve the clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram situation. Conclusions:Clinical studies confirm general Qi participation could improve patients’ various polio-free decoction clinical symptoms, thus effectively treatment of coronary heart disease, angina, explain Qi participation of coronary artery disease angina general bi-complex decoction with satisfactory effect and the treatment of the mechanism of clinical with dilating coronary artery may increase blood flow, reducing coronary artery myocardial oxygen consumption, improve myocardial metabolism, reduce and stable plaques, inhibit aspects related inflammation.
