Abstract


Objective : Study the effects of Shendanningweitang ( SDNWT ) in treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) in Clinic. Methods:The 30 patients of precancerous lesions of CAG were treated with SDNWT and the clinical and pathological effects were contrasted with those of the 30 patients treated withWeifuchunablet. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment,including gastroscopic and pathologic observing.3 months were set as a course of treatment.The clinical effects of each group were observed during 2 course. Results:Data of the clinical research showed that the effective rate of SDNWT was significantly higher than Weifuchun Tblet (P<0.05或P<0.01). There was significant difference between the SDNWT group and the Weifuchun group (p<0.01 or p<0.05). Conclusions:SDNWT is the effective remedy of treating precancerous lesions of CAG. ,it can moderate clinical symptom, promote recoverment of pathological changes,alleviate the patients’sufferings rapidly.
