Object:Observe the curative Balancing technique acupuncture for scapulohumeral periarthritis of shoulder pain,for treatment to provide the reference.Method:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group,30 cases,reated with balancing technique acupuncture;and the control group,30 cases, treated with routine acupuncture.Record the VAS score before and after the first time and the 1 treatment,2 treatment after.Result:(1)Two groups after initial treatment,1,2 treatment course after VAS rating respectively with patients before treatment compared in the group,have very significant differences(P﹤0.01).1 and 2 treatment course after VAS rating respectively with patients after initial treatment compared in the group,have very significant differences(P﹤0.01).2 treatment with 1 patients after course VAS score in groups comparison,have very significant differences(P﹤0.01).(2)After treatment,the first two groups of patients after 1 treatment VAS score comparison,there are significant differences(P﹤0.05).2 treatment VAS score after two groups were compared,have very significant differences(P﹤0.01).Conclusion : Balancing technique acupuncture and conventional acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulder all have analgesic curative effect,Balancing technique acupuncture immediate analgesic effect,clearly superior short-term curative effect with acupuncture treatment,efficacy and raising the increase of number.Find balancing technique acupuncture for scapulohumeral periarthritis,safe and reliable,and less as the basic method for scapulohumeral periarthritis.
