Objective:Accordance with the standard of Classification and Judgement about Constitution of TCM to judge the person’s Constitution of TCM whose blood pressure in high-normal and have risk factors of Cardiovascular disease.Explore the relationship between risk factors of Cardiovascular disease and Constitution of TCM in persons of high-normal blood pressure. Take Constitution of TCM theory for guidance and combine with the ideas o“fPre-control of disease”,to provide new ways for effective prevention and control of cardiovascular disease.Methods:In the Medical centre of second affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we select two hundred people whose blood pressure in high-normal from 1800 people. Question them past medical history and family history about cardiovascular diseases.Record height,weight,waistperimeter, ECG,TC, LDL-C, TG, HDL-C, FPG,OGTT2h,Liver function,kidney function,urine Rt, mAlb and so on,electe 80 people and judge their Constitution Accordance with the standard.Results:Studies have shown that Ping He Constitution,Tan Shi Constitution and Yin Xu Constitution are main types in the people of high-normal blood pressure. There are significant Statistics difference between Tan Shi Constitution and Ping He Constitution on weight, LDL-C, BMI and waist perimeter, P﹤0.01. There are Statistics difference between Yin Xu Constitution and Ping He Constitution on SBP and OGTT2h, P﹤0.05.There are significant Statistics difference between Tan Shi Constitution and Yin Xu Constitution on weight, BMI and waist perimeter, P﹤0.01,just Statistics difference on SBP and LDL-C, P ﹤0.05. Logistic regression on risk factors of Cardiovascular disease in people of abnormal Constitution shows that LDL-C is closely related to Tan Shi Constitution in people of high-normal blood pressure.Conclusion:Ping He Constitution,Tan Shi Constitution and Yin Xu Constitution are main types of constitution of TCM in people of high-normal blood pressure. LDL-C, BMI, weight and waist perimeter are closely related to Tan Shi Constitution. OGTT2h is closely related to Yin Xu constitution.
