Abstract


Purpose: Through expert questionnaire and clinical investigation to study patients with carotid atherosclerosis TCM syndrome regularity of distribution.Method: Through expert questionnaire and clinical investigation to study patients with carotid atherosclerosis TCM syndrome regularity of distribution.Result: 1. after two rounds of expert evaluation concentrated advice, concluded that the most common carotid artery atherosclerosis for phlegm and blood stasis syndrome mutual knot, blood stasis resistance winding, phlegmy wet implication, blood stasis, gas Yin two injured, more than 60 percent of experts think these syndrome is often witness syndrome; More than 50% of experts think are often witness blood stasis syndrome is: kidney, liver and kidney deficiency, kidney essence of both qi deficiency,; Experts generally thought of hot accumulate knot is carotid atherosclerosis less witness syndrome.2. 106 patients with essential hypertension survey of clinical syndrome factor is often witness mutual and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome: a total of 65 cases, accounting for (61.30%)kidney syndrome (total 63, accounting for reguar 59.4%), blood stasis resistance, accounting for card (58 cases 54.70%), liver virtual (60 cases, accounting for internal 56.6%), phlegmy wet card (total 51.9%), accounted for 55 patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome (53 patients, 50%).Conclusion: Comprehensive expert questionnaire survey and clinical case study by statistical analysis shows that, the carotid artery atherosclerosis phlegm and blood stasis syndrome often witness for mutual "card, blood stasis resistance winding certificate, phlegmy wet impedance card and kidney and liver deficiency syndrome.
