Abstract


Purpose: Acupuncture bilateral Zusanli at type of spleen deficiency young,using Lifting-thrusting; Observation points and stomach local surface projection point temperature change; Research the Lifting-thrusting of the temperature regulation effect; Explore the correlation of the lower He-Sea acupoint (Zusanli) with the stomach; For Lifting-thrusting the best operating frequency and the best needle retention time and provide experimental evidence.Method:1. Raise the frequency of different interpolation methods are divided into four experimental groups. Namely: Group A: cupuncture needles have air that is left, no any line of needle technique; Group B: acupuncture have gas that is 50 lines per minute rate of re-inserted 3mm, 2mm range of light to mention the line needle technique 1min; Group C: Acupuncture may air that line every reintubation rate min 75 views 3mm, 2mm range of light to mention the line needle technique 1min; Group D: Acupuncture may min100 views per line gas that is re-inserted 3mm range, 2mm range of light to mention the line needle technique 1min.2. Operator by means of acupuncture needle perpendicularly cut in subjects Zusanli, use Xunfa so that the body of qi, that is established according to different frequency range re-inserted rows 8mm, 3mm range of light to mention the line needle technique 1min, 30min left needle .3. Infrared Thermometer with each group were pre-acupuncture, acupuncture may air immediately (5s), acupuncture when 1min, left needle 10min, 20min and left when the left needle needle 30min;Measurement in patients with bilateral Zusanli local temperature and the gastric body projection area, projection zone temperature and record the Antrum; To do statistical analysis. Each experimental group was 5 days consecutive acupuncture experiments. The operation of each experiment were fixed acupuncture the same person.Result: In the first four days of acupuncture experiment, Acupuncture in each experimental group at all time the temperature changes: P values were> 0.05.No significant difference, so no significant. Experimental fifth day in Acupuncture, Group B subjects body temperature changes better than other groups, group comparison: P=0.022; in the acupuncture experiment the fifth day, B group, the participants left needle 20min elevation of body temperature change when the much better than other needle retention time: P = 0.036.Conclusion: Interpolation method provided a single type of gastric Fu temperature regulation; mentioned interpolation frequency 50 / min, the effect of the most significant, and stay put when the insertion needle 20min effects of the most significant.
